Looks more I study English, more depressed I become.

Normally I write like this,

"It looks that more I study English, more depressed I become".

But, when speaking, sometimes I have just used "Looks".
Like this,

Q1) "Looks more I study English, more depressed I become"

Is it perfectly a wrong expression? Thank you in advance for your teaching.

Neither is correct, I’m afraid. This is: It seems / appears that the more I study English the more depressed I become.
