Looks like

1. He looks like having a great time.
2. He looks like he is having a great time.
Are both the sentences grammatically correct and do they have the same meaning ?

I've never heard #1, and would take it as a typo. It's not grammatical. "He feels like having a great time" would work.

I've never heard #1, and would take it as a typo. It's not grammatical.
"He feels like having a great time" would work. (He wishes to do it.)

I feel like flying. (I want to do it.)

I feel like I'm flying. (I feel as if I'm doing it.)

Both of these work, but the meanings are very different.

"Feel like" and "look like" are idioms. I
