'Hit your face' is not idiomatic. Instead, say 'hit you' or 'hit you in the face'.

1. It looks like she's about to hit you in the face. OK. The focus is not necessarily on her, but maybe on the scene, on what she is doing, eg perhaps she is carrying a chair in such a way that she may accidentally hit you.

2. She looks like she's about to hit you in the face. OK. The focus here is more on her, on her expression. It suggests she intends to hit you.

3. She looks about to hit you in the face. I wouldn't say this is wrong, but it sounds awkward.
