Looking for words

Hi.
I know we use sharp eyed, eagle eye, acute eyesight for someone who has a good eyesight.
What is the word for someone who has an exceptional hearing ability.
I heard something like falcon ears in a movie, I am not sure if that is what I heard. I couldn't find this in any dictioanries.
What about someone who can smell very well?
Any words or phrases regarding the above mentioned concepts are highly appreciated.
Thank you
Hamid

I'll bet you heard "Vulcan ears", a reference to the original Star Trek TV show. The First Officer on the starship was an ali
