Looking for Vocab

Hello Forum Participants:

There are several English words that I am looking for. First, I don't know what it is called for a circle of hair on my head. Second, I don't know the word that describes a hole on someone's cheek when that person smiles. And last, what is the name of an extra tooth of someone sticking out from the upper teeth set on the side and you can see it. If you know, please help me learn these words. Thanks so much.

Hi Tuan, Not sure what you're looking for in 1 and 3, but I think "dimple" is the word you are looking for in 2.

'circle of hair on my head'?

...possibly: curl, spiral, bun?

Can't we say a "crown" of hair? A "fringe"?

A toupee?

No name for the tooth, so far as I know-- your dentist would have a name for it, I suppose.

--- Oops! It just came to me: a snaggletooth!
