Looking for the name of an old pc game?

Hello, I'm looking for the name of an old pc game (1997-2002). The game was FPS, I was playing the demo of it. I remember the game starts somewhere in a snowy environment during the night and you are equipted with knife and maybe a pistol. I remember very clearly that you could drive an old motorcycle (world war 2 type, two-seated). Thank you!
