looking for somebody how can proofread this paragraph

Hi I'm not a native english speaker, and I have a lot of problems on writting in english, so can somebody lend a hand here? Emotion: smile thank you

As a result of this problematic, the educational models of different institutions are not updated with the needs of values and culture of Colombians and rather focus on responding to standards of competitiveness. So we get the issue of having a general dysfunctional system of education. proof of an inconsistent analysis of public policies that do not fit with the societal reality. A situation I firmly support under the ax of my undergraduate thesis and my experience as a student and as a teacher.
