The foreign country I’d like to visit is the United States of America, which is one of the most attractive and fascinating travelling destinations for many travelers, and I am no exception. I hope after passing my IELTS examination this time, I’d like to take a tour around the states. During my trip, I definitely would participate in many kinds of activities such as driving from coast to coast, going shopping, visiting national parks, and hanging around those world-renowned universities. I’m dying to travel to the States for a number of reasons. Firstly, travelling to the US has always been my dream. Since I was little, American culture has been influencing us in almost every field, including movies, music, sports, arts, and even cartoon character, so if I have a chance, it will be great to have first-hand experience of everything on my own. For instance, I am a big fan of the New York Knicks. Watching an NBA live game at Madison Square Garden is a must-do activity. Hopefully, my dream can come true one day. Besides, there is a wide range of cultural and natural heritage that deserves a look. Those must-see destinations include Yellowstone Park, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Disneyland Theme Park, Hollywood and many others. I believe that my mind can be blown and my horizons can be greatly broadened. More importantly, I plan to receive my post-secondary education in the US and having some experience beforehand would be just the right thing to do. So, generally speaking, that’s why I really would like to visit this country in the near future.
