Looking for hyphens, en-dashes, or relief

Here's the sentence I'm working with: "Please upload a one to two minute video."

Does this pass as correct?

I've read elsewhere that when using a number beside a measure of time, the correct practice is to use numerals (i.e., 2-minute video). But then, there's consistency, and "1 to 2-minute" doesn't look right to me, as a range of numerals should call for an en-dash rather than the word "to."

Using a suspended hyphen with numerals (i.e., 1- to 2-minute) looks even worse, but what about: one- to two-minute video?

Any explanation would be greatly appreciated.
