1. What do you say in English. She spoke so loudly that I could barely hear my own voice. I'm looking for a proverb. we say, she spoke so loud as if she swallowed a loudspeaker.Emotion: rofl

2. What do you say when a person acts selfishly and doesn't care about others. She probably taught, hell with the others, she is the most important person in the room, and spoke loudly.
