Looking for an appropriate word

Hello everyone! I want to find a word to describe my method. It is related to computer technology. In fact, it is a resource allocation method. This method maximizes the number of unused routers and satisfies the routing connectivity. Now I present the name by "Maximizing the number of unused routers based resource allocation with the routing connectivity". But it is really rough and long. Is there any one who could help me? Thank you so much!

Well, I'm not a technology whiz, but I think you could also express this as a minimum (number of routers used) or as an efficient or optimal selection process. So, perhaps a method for generating/locating a minimum pathway. Anyone else?
