Looking for an adjective

Is there an adjective for an object or matter that will have an immediate effect?
For example,
"his genius project is ___, it will bring forth success immediately.

I figured that this might be a business term, but I'm not so sure.
THanks!

I would rewrite the sentence: "his genius project will be instantly (or immediately) successful (or effective)."

maelstrom"his genius project is ___, it will bring forth success immediately.
This is a comma splice!

Also, "genius" is a noun, so it wouldn't work in the above. Use "ingenious" instead.

You could say: "His ingenious project is certain to deliver immediate success."
