Looking for an adjective

Hi.

I am looking for an adjective which describes a person who can answer offhand without hesitation.

I have found glibe but it is disapproving, I am looking for a positive adjective.

Ex.

My cousin is a . . . . boy. He says something funny in reply with his funny accent whatever you tell him.
