Looking for a word or phrase for following situtation?

We are reviewing a RFP where everything thing is fine except one or two conditions for example travel required to another country. I wanted to let this know to someone(the deterring factor is travel required to another country) so I'm looking for a phrase or more appropriate word that I can use instead of 'deterring factors or catches are'.

Informally, "these are the deal-breakers." It means that the contract is not acceptable with those particular terms in it.

"unacceptable conditions / terms" is more formal.

Thanks but the situation is a little different here (not a showstopper) which means we can bid that opportunity but the chance of winning it may be low.
