Hi. I wonder if there is any specific word or idiom for a situation when someone inserts his finger in his nose.

What is the natural way of saying that?

Can we say I hate people who insert their finger in their nose all the time ?

That's called "picking your nose".  I hate it when people pick their noses all the time.
