Looking for a word for the leg sore feeling

When I squat for a long time say 20 minutes or half an hour, my front part of the feet start feels some kind of irritation or pain or sore and of course it is the same for every person in the world if they squat for so long. But it disappears within 2 to 3 minutes when I stand up or start walking.

But I wonder what the one word is to express the feeling.
