Looking for a Word Beyond Skepticism and Doubt

I need a word to use as an adjective to apply to someone who is not only doubtful or skeptical, but is downright certain of his position. A skeptic, for example, is pretty sure there is no God, so he's skeptical. But skepticism seems to leave a little room for wedging in belief if enough evidence comes to light. What if someone is so far beyond skeptical that he cannot be convinced? What's an adjective for that? I found Pyrrhonist, and that was as close as I could get.

"Convinced" works for me.
(Perhaps something like "entirely", "irrevocably", or "irreversibly" convinced, where further emphasis is required.)
