Looking for a word associated with psychologists

Okay. So I don't know how much you've been in contact with psychologists/psychiatrists/therapists, but I need help finding a word describing something that I've noticed. Sometimes, a psychologist looks at you with care, empathy, understanding, patience, a hit of worry. It is a 'tell me everything look' and 'relax, it'll be fine' look.

It is something that I've noticed with friends, and we can exactly agree on when someone has that 'something' as we call it. So it is not my imagination, but a real kind of energy coming from them. It is when you can point your finger and say 100% certain: he/she is a psychologist.

So my question is. If a person has that air around them, what do they have? It is not charisma, it is not just simple positive energy... So If you understand what I'm looking for, and know a word/words that might be suitable, I'd be very grateful.

Thank you a lot

Nah... I might sound picky, put not good enough. Besides, I am trying to find a word for that energy around them, not what they do. :/
