Suppose some sort of committee is set up.
Suppose there are no laws/regulations that say how this committee works (for instance, how they should vote, how many members should turn up for a meeting to be valid etc.), so the committee itself writes down all of the "
rules" (agreed by the members) concerning its functioning, maybe in one of its very first meetings.
My question is, is there a word for these "
rules"?
