Looking for a word...!

Hi...

There is some problem in bureaucracy of some countries, specially third world countries. It's that someone who knows you or who knows a friend of you tries to do your job out of queue and faster or do something illegal but shown as a legal one. I wonder is there any word to call these kind of people? Students keep asking, and I couldn't find any cue.

Best Regards
Babak

But you could try to use these related words: nepotism - the practice of employing family members in public positions or giving family members some advantage in administrative matters because of family connections, not merit cronyism - like nepotism, but for friends or peers pull strings for someone - obtain a benefit in a formal process through an informal connection with someone involved in this process. This idiom not always signify bad corruption - it depends on the context.
