Hi.
What do we call a food which makes you full after eating a small portion of it.
I knew an adjective for that, but I cannot remember it.
Ex. Shrimp is a ------food, you will feel full after eating several shrimps.

Here is another adjective: stodgy. According to my Longman dictionary, "stodgy food is heavy and makes you feel full very quickly."
