Looking for a word

Hi.

I am looking for the name of an accessory women use to hold their hair in the place they want.

I have heard about hair flower, is it true? do we have such a word?

Something like a peg that women mostly use when they have their hair in a bun. Something they use to aviod their hair from spreading into their face.

I google imaged them but the results are quite the same. can you help me if there is any difference between them.
