Looking for a Standard Speaking Test + Rubric

Hi to everyone,

I have to test my students on their speaking level. I know pretty much where they are, but Im looking into taping them using any type of standard interview to test their speaking level. Normally, this kind of exams or tests come along with a standarized rubric to assess them in an accurate way, and my problem here is there's no way I can came across one of those. I found standard interviews and so on , but I couldnt find any standarized test with and attached rubric or assessment method.

That's pretty much all. Let me know if you know of something that could come in handy!

By the way, they are all college students and their speaking level is intermediate to upper intermediate.
