Looking for a song

I'm trying to find a song which I have no idea of the title. I think I have some of the words down. I also think it may be from the 60's and possibly either British or French female singer.

there is a tv commercial cuerrently running and I believe it pushing a dog product. Anyway, these are the words I think are being sung......."the dog, at the park".....then it fades. I remember hearing this song on the radio back in the 60's. It has been really bugging me lately because as soon as i hear it on this commercial, I listen and thats all I can make out!

I hope I can find this song...I really like it!
