I am looking for a phrasal verb. It could be "come off" but I wasn't able to spot it in the dictionary. Please read and tell me if it should be a different phrasal verb.
There is no one to ask that question without coming off bad. That's the only way it'll come off. She will get offended no matter what even if it isn't your intention.
Thanks
