Looking for a certain expression

I suppose that pretty much one's heard of the expression "....that comes with the territory": for something that's attached to a specific duty/matter?
Is there any alternative to this expression, or, better yet, a specific word to
describe the condition?
For example, if I were to say "Being annoyed by customers is just part of the job, it's what that comes with the territory", could I possibly have another option than just the relatively casual idiom?
Thanks in avdvance

It's just part of the job.

It's what comes with the territory.

#2 has more 'attitude'. It suggest some informality, some humour, and some resignation,
#1 is a bit more factual.
