Looking all suave

Yeah, that's David Beckham looking all suave.

Does all mean "very" in "You're getting me all confused," or does it mean "completely" in "You shouldn't be sitting here by yourself, all alone"? http://www.ldoceonline.com/dictionary/all_2

Hi,

It seems to me a bit more like 'completely' than 'very', but it's not an expression that is usually intended to be precise.

You don't think You're getting me all confused means You're getting me completely confused? Why not?
