Q1) How do I say if you look at someone who are higher than where you are? Is it "I looked up to him (who were on 2nd floor)"? Or should I say like this? I looked up at him (who were on 2nd floor?)
Q2) How do you make a sentence concerning the location for #2 like the question 1.
