look sentences

I have looked out that word in my dictionary. It says ..................

I have looked into the usage of the world in the dictionary. [I, here, mean that I have looked looked up the word in a dictionary and analysed and studied how it can be used in general English]

I looked into the possibility of meeting all moderators of this forum, but it seems it is impossible.

Look my parents up when you are there. They want to see you.

I think my English is looking up. Soon, I will become proficient in English.

I have always looked up the moderators of this forum.

I think,

I looked up the word in the dictionary means {Just I searched for the word in the dictionary)

I looked out the word in the dictionary means (I searched and found the word in the dictionary)

Am I right? [Because in dictionary the meaning of "look out" has been given as "search and find something"]
