Hi Philip, not really, but sometimes I get these doubts when to use one or the other.

Off the top of my head: 'look out' just means to keep your eyes open for something that you might want to notice:

- There's really good tea bags on sale now, from Kenya. Thanks, I'll look out for those

'Watch out' has an element of danger or risk in it:

- There are thieves around here - watch out for that
