Look obvious

Hi I'm working at a hair salon.

sometime customer said that "it looks obvious."

why is meaning of that ? I looked up the dictionary already so Ive know that what is meaning of obvious.

But when I discuss with my customer , it sounds like they don't like uneven shape. or looks uneven. ..

Do you mean that your customer says that what you've done with their hair "looks obvious"? That doesn't make much sense (unless they're talking about a dye job that doesn't look natural). Does more than one customer say this?

No. they are malaysian.
But I'm come from korea . For us English is not a main languge..

I can't remember well, but I'm sure that they said before perming or colour ..

Well, I would guess that if someone wants their hair permed or colored, they want people to think that their hair is naturally curly or naturally that color. They don't want people to realize that the curls or the color are artificial, so they don't want it to "look obvious" that it's the work of a hairdresser.
