Look forward to?

"Should you look forward to the prospect of death with terror, sorrow, indifference, or relief?"

Is "look forward to" in this case mean "consider"? or It means "await eagerly"?

Thanks

The meaning is closer to 'consider' than 'await eagerly'. If you think about it, you're being asked how to view the prospect so being told how to do so wouldn't make sense. In reality, it's just about thinking ahead to that event.
