Look forward to...

My colleague has finished an email regarding a BBQ arrangement at my workplace with the following sentence:

Looking forward to seeing you there and having fun together!!!

In my opinion there is something not quite right or am I wrong?

All is possible...please and thanks!

It's not a complete sentence, but it's not an unusual way to end such an email informally. Personally, I'd just use one exclamation mark.
