Look for any mistake in my adjastiment letter

Thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to rectify our mistake. We are indeed sorry for the mistake that we made and for keeping you waiting for so long and being late for school as well, and failing your test.



We have investigated the matter and have found out that the bus was broken and the matter was reported to the supervisor, but he did not bring it to our Operation Manager’s Office. We therefore, hereby accepting our mistake and apologies to you, we had fix the bus and we should assure you that it won’t happen again.



We promise you that by next time you will be taken to school as usual. I want each and every one who was late on those days to come at our company and claim for discount for the next two months.
