Look for a verb

Could you help me with the question? I am looking for a verb to express the following meaning:
Someone was wrongly accused of what he didn't commit, and was wrongly convicted. Now the wrong conviction is corrected. He is given back his rights, property and position. He is compensated for what he lost during the period. What's the verb to use? Thank you.

How about
'reinstate' with regard to position;
'restore' in connection with honor;
'restitute' in relation to property and compensation for damage?
