In this situation, what's the fifference between the follwoing sentences?

The punctuation should be slightly different:

The meanings are identical.

I understand the meanings are identical but I think there is some difference because the words are differernt. Could you tell me the difference?

In my opinion the first one seems more reasonable >> 'Look at this photo' << than the second one.

"To see" is ...um...it is simply "to see" something, without attentions in the act of "to see" while "to look at something" indicates a little bit attention to the thing you are looking at.
