Look at the time! I will go home vs Look at the time! I will be going home.

Ever since I learned the expression "will be ~ing", I feel I have to use the expression in this situation.

1.Look at the time! I will go home.

Is this sentence okay to use or

2. Look at the time! I will be going home.

#2 is better?

Thanks in advance.

I don't like either...'I will' makes it seem like that you will go home some time in the future. If you say 'look at the time!' you are surprised that it is getting very late. Therefore, you want to say that you are leaving immediately.

I would say something like:
-Look at the time! I must go now.
-Look at the time! I have to leave right now.
-Look at the time!

How about this?

Look at the time! I must be going.

Look at the time I've got to be going.

Look at the time! I better be going.

Look at the time! I have to be going.

Look at the time! I should be going.

Look at the time! I need to be going.

Any difference between these below in meaning?
