Could you tell me if the following sentences are natural?
Is it correct to say 'bet was whose..." and 'had longest lasting relationship"?
1 We had a bet going with my friend. The bet was whose relationship would last longest.
His relationship lasted 3 months. Mine lasted 5 months.
2 I had the longest lasting relationship.
