Longest he ever talks to

Hi! everyone.

Could you tell me which of the following are correct?

1; You are the longest he ever talks to on the phone.

2; You are the longest he ever talks to anyone on the phone.

3; You are the longest of everyone he talks to on the phone.

Are 1 and 3 synonymous?
