Long sentence

Hi,

I heard something like the following sentence in a conversation. Is it correct?

I don’t think one can be a reviewer of both ABC corp and XYZ corp and study ABC corp’s financials and not feel nervous about XYZ corp.

Thanks,

MG.

It's okay - easily understood. I'd probably use a comma after "financials."
