"good judging skills" sounds as if you're judging a karaoke competition, or cake-making competition, or something like that. I think you may mean something more like "good judgement". So, the statement would become "the use of logic is the result of good judgement". This still seems dubious to me. First, good judgement is often as much about fuzzy decision-making as logic.
