Lock, Stock and...?

The video starts with Jimmy Kimmel saying this:
Hey, next week, we're taking our whole show _____________________________ to Brooklyn, New York for a week of shows at BAM.

It seems that the blank might be the name of the show or something. Or it might not. But anyway, it sounds like "Lock, Stock and Guillermo". But I'm not sure. If that's right, Guillermo is Jimmy Kimmel's sidekick.

What exactly did he say in the blank? And what does it mean?

Did not even need to watch the video. It is barrel . "Lock stock and barrel" is a standard English idiom.

Yes, he says: "...our whole show, lock, stock, and Guillermo, to Brooklyn..." There is an idiomatic expression in English, "lock, stock, and barrel," which means "everything." So this is a variation on the expression. There is apparently some pointed humor here, since Guillermo seems to have a barrel-like physique.

I've got one more question toward the end of the video.

At 2:18, a man from L.A. talks about New Yorkers.
He says something like, "And they like to be (beep) to each other."

From his mouth movement, can you figure out what he actually said?

All I can guess is it should be something nasty, but I have no idea what it is.

I can't tell by his lip movements, but in this context the word might be: "_ss_oles."

Yes. That's what it looks like to me.

Wait. Isn't the barrel in that expression the tube-like part of a gun, which is sort of slim and long?
