Locations within location

Dear Teacher,

I am reading a sample of a franchise contract, but I can't explicate and understand the phrase "Locations within location". Can anybody give me an explaination for it? Thank you in advance. Context:

Should Franchisee undertake to own or operate outlets different than the outlets it has traditionally operated, such as by way of example, kiosks, carts, "Locations within a Location", "rack jobbing" operations or vending machines, the parties shall negotiate in good faith to agree upon terms for the inclusion of such retail outlets in this Agreement.

I wonder if it means that a portion of a large store is given over or rented out to another vendor for them to sell their products. Don't rely on this guess for anything important in real life.
