Location of question marks

1) Could you help me? If you do not mind?

2) Could you help me, if you do not mind?

Where do I have to put the question mark in writing? I hope to make my question clear and hear from you again. Thank you so much as usual and take good care in advance.

Hi I would say that you need just one question mark to make your meaning clear and it goes at the end of the sentence: 2) Could you help me , if you do not mind ? Dave
