Located Or Situated Between

Hello everyone,

Is it okay to use "between" after "located" or "situated" as follows?

For example, there are three cities: on one side "A", "B" is in the between, and "C" on the other side. The sentence example is:

The city "B" is located/situated between "A" and "C".

Regards,

JA

Yes, the part "is located/situated between" is OK with either word.

If B is a city, e.g. London, we do not normally say "The city London is ...". Normally we say "The city of London is ...". Of course, if we expect people to already know that London is a city, then we can just say "London is ...".
