Loan amount

Please help me to prepare a loan agreement paragraph.

The situation is someone is taking loan from me, and he's giving nothing as security so I want to keep his signature Can I write -

I Shri Arjun Das hereby agreed that I took a loan amounting 30000 Rupees on 10/09/2021, and I intend to repay it within 3 months by paying it in 3 easy installments with interest.

Is that paragraph ok now below this paragraph I will take his signature.
