"~, LLC is" or "~, LLC, is"?

Could you please let me know which of the following is grammatically correct? I saw both of them but I am not sure which of them is correct.

(Company name), LLC is an established ~.

(Company name), LLC, is an established ~.

k87l I saw both of them That's because the comma rule there is in transition, with many writers minimizing them. You will also find the comma before 'LLC' omitted in many cases. I would do that myself: Acme Company LLC is an established

That's because the comma rule there is in transition, with many writers minimizing them. You will also find the comma before 'LLC' omitted in many cases. I would do that myself:
