Hello, What does the sentence in bold mean from the movie: You, me and Dupree.

Clive, thank you. It turned out so easy. I would have got it if they have said " You live in your car?" But " living out your car" confused me.

It's not "living out your car," but "living out of your car." I'll admit, though, it's still confusing -- it had not occurred to me that "living out of your car" really meant the same as "living in your car." A similar consturcution would be "I'm working out of my house" -- which means I'm working at home, rather than in an office. Just consider it an idiom; don't try too
