living in front of my house

Is it correct to say : the man living in front of my house is a teacher,
considering living in front of my house as a reduced relative clause (who is living..)?

Grammatically, it's okay, but it sounds like he is living in a tent on your front lawn. Do you mean, "the house across from mine" or something like that?
