Vocabulary

live/live out a dream

Hello,
Which verb sounds better to you in: "She's living/living out her dream in Australia"? I normally hear "live out" used with "dream/s", but what do you think?

Live out your life... (Meaning, until you die.)

Live your dreams... (Meaning to live the best life you can imagine.)

I guess I was mislead by: "They are living out their show-biz dreams" which I found in Cambridge Dictionary.

There's nothing really wrong with "Live out one's dreams." It is a bit more colloquial than "Live one's dreams" and suggests a longer duration.
